Lego Mechas

These are damn cool
As a kid, I've always loved playing with lego's and one of the favourite things to build was a mecha. There is just something cool about creating your own butt-stompin robot right of your imagination. Recently, I went to visit brickshelf to check out the stuff there cause I'm doing a project on lego's and man... I came across the most kick **** lego mechas. I dunno if anybody here is really interested much in lego but these are just so cool that I've gotta share em. The articulation on the models this guy made is kinda mad at the size he made them and even better, he can actually fit mini-figs into them. Reeeeally really cool.

Yes, there are actual mini-figs in those.

Another great model that I found while looking through the archives is this amazing evanglion model. Pretty large scale but bad **** as hell.

Lego owns everything. I have a giant collection of Lego that I just tinker with whenever I'm bored ;/

Decent? Lego should be selling these as model kits! I'd love to build these things...

This has been posted long ago (I think it was maybe even a different site) but I'm glad you found it. I'd love to see those marvels again.

Lego Mechs are awesome, always have been. Even after I shipped my 20lb box of legos off to my little brother and sister (Biggest smile evar) I still kept a mecha I built, just because It was soo cool. Ill try to get a picture. Oh, and another reason I didnt pass that dewd off to my miniperson siblings, It wouldnt fit in the box...

None of my models were ever the same colour the whole way through, I could never be bothered to look for a load of bricks the same colour. Me=lazy.

Haven't touched my legos in years and I don't think I will now because those pics made me feel unworthy to wield the mighty blocks.
