Help Does Not Support Download Gamma

<div class="IPBDescription">Whats it all mean?</div> Ok. when i installed steam and played ns 3.0 I cant see the players in the RR on the SCORE SCREEN, and i cant see the little icons that pop up on the side when the commander drops a med pak.... And when i get in the comm chair its all DARK too i cant see anything hardly
but the rest of my game is fine its normal brightness
this is really annyoing and i cant comm like this please someone help.
When ever i do join a game it always comes up on my screen Does not support Downloadable gam.
what does that mean?
