<div class="IPBDescription">Annoying</div>For those who play diablo 2 LoD online have n e of u legit players noticed a HUGE amount of hacked charms and other items..
I went into a room asked for a few items to help along my noobish necromancer and this guy drops out 10 +7 to all skills small charms..i was gratefull but it kinda made the game 2 easy so i gave em away to the needie and the greedie.
This is now really annoying me when i go online with my characters (lvl 67 Barbarian and lvl 49 Druid lvl 55 Amazon)
and i get asked to a duel by a lvl 30 paladin or Assasin only to get killed one hit....
Now im used to diablo and baal being a push over but these noobs with thier L337 charms and items are ruining the online experience for the rest of us.
Try and keep yurr hacked items for single player only, plz save the multiplayer stuff to the people who actually want to play it without annoying noobs who just want to hack of yurr ear at lvl 10 <!--emo&:angry:--><img src="http://www.natural-selection.org/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/mad.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':angry:'><!--endemo-->

hehe, well i stopped playin d2 because it was FILLED with cheaters/hackers and a lot of stuff.......
It´s incredible how ### can a person be.......
Luckily I stopped playing D2 about the time the hacking started to be big (2 or so months after Ex). However even then it was starting to get too easy and/or cheesy with Act 5. I still loved going though Act 2 with a jeweled spiked club however.
But I've never played Diablo 2. Why? because of their damn overzealous copyright protection. The disc was not compatible with my CD-ROM. It flat out would not read. Couldn't even install the game. It was not a bad disc, as everyone else with the same CD-ROM as mine had the same problem.
So I paid $60 (I was an idiot and pre-ordered from CompUSA, the other mistake) for 3 coasters...
I assume you mean UT2003? (i get it for £30 thats about $47.16 in US Woo I like the UK!!!!)

like the rest i'm a Diablo fan as well as a blizzard fan. I especially like their SC and Diablo worlds. i got WC3...but couldn't find <i>the</i> X-factor the other 2 had.
a bit of history on my part. It was Diablo that started it all. way back in? what-96? IT was <i>the</i>rpg to play for that year. diablo was a class on its own unlike any other for that year. SC was released a couple years later but this is a diablo2 thread after all so...
Then D2 came. this title was so hyped but its blizzard after all. D2 was enjoyable for the first year (2k) and a half. Then suddenly...it just loses it. LOD did give it some fresh stuff but all the hacks and server problems rears its ugly side.Now, D2:LOD is so repetitive its just endless "rush me to hell mode" and then its "endless cow lvls".
its quite sad actually. a lot of the old players are gone, because none of the bnet friends i play with originally in 2000 was around anymore. sometimes i look back and smile at all the fun times.
now, i just logon spent a some minuted looking at my chars to refresh them so they wont be deleted from the server...and then its another 3 mths later till the cycle repeats iteself.

So that's what happened to me! And now I know...
and that is exactly what happened to the secure bnet servers. :/
