<div class="IPBDescription">Why i am acting cranky...</div>At 9:30AM(GMT) my step-father, Steve Luxton lost his battle with cancer.  He will be sadly missed.  This was not a shock as he had been increasingly unwell for several months.  If I get over-emotional in my posts cut me some slack i'm not myself at the momment.

hmm sorry 2 hear that man, i've lost some people i loved to cancer aswell, it's an awful disease.

All I can hope for is that he had not to suffer too much and that you and your family will be able to bear with it.

I'm deeply sorry to hear about that. the death of a loved one is hard to cope with. I'm going through tough times myself with a very close friend I've known for years (see my post "why?, a person's life is shattered") my prayers are with you.

Our very elderly cat had to be put down the following day too.  The house is very quiet now without them.

The funeral is this morning (Febuary 23).  Thank you all for your support at this sad time.
