problems with info_mapinfo
ok i've looked at: the mapping guidelines and chromeangels NS mapping guide in relation to my prob
with no result.
Then Entity I need help with: info_mapinfo
I need to know: The view height for commander
Min Map Z (black background)
i understand this: In worldcraft you can use the status bar and side view to find your highest ceiling in a similar way to the X and Y limits. And the same for the lowest which is minmapZ
these are the results I got from WC/VHE highest 52,32
lowest -16,-1532
Now do i put both numeric values in or just one or wot? No guideline or guide can tell me definitively so I'm hoping someone with *EXPERIENCE* can!

On either of Hammer's vertical screens (as opposed to the over head view) move the the mouse up and down and watch the numbers. The value that changes is the one that you need. Hope that clarifies.
Not quite. The value for "Min Map Z (black background)" is the height at which the map is cut off for the commander view. The reason is that the commander is "hanging in the void" above the map, so a black background is drawn to prevent a hall-of-mirror effect. The value you place in here should be just below the lowest point in your map. If you check the "no back background" flag, this value is ignored and the background isn't drawn, but you'll have to find your own way to remove the HOM effect.
