Preselection Not Dead

News to my ears
Theres a url on PHL that links to an interview with The_Family_God. If anyone was woundering what happened to PreSelection (I know I was) here's some good news:

CS-Nation: What other G.worx projects are currently going on?

tfg: Some of people may remember the CS film "Pandora's Box," made by a few Dutch clan members of Clan Fonzie. We're helping them make Pandora's Box 2, which should be released about a month after ClanWars.

Also, despite the rumors, Pre/Selection (our Natural-Selection mod based movie) is not dead! It got caught up in all that tech-talk I mentioned earlier, but is still on its way to being released in a few months! It will be the first film to try that "next big thing" machinima stuff too, so watch out!

In the interview TFG kept saying how some company would show him "the next big thing" every 6 months or so, so he'd take time off to learn it, and by the time he was ready to start again there would be another "big thing."

Back When Commchair.com did its interview with Larson it seemed as though it was going to be ready soon.
Oh Well, At least it is still being worked on.
SHould be good if its taking this long.

I've seen Pandora's box 1. Not that good, but not that bad either. Only their english.. it wasn't that good. It had a dutch accent.

quite the late reply here -- but I just wanted to confirm that Pre/Selection is indeed alive. I mentioned it on a short news post in response to this thread:

    http://www.gworxpictures.com/animation/news/14-02-04.html

As stated, in the future I'll try to make sure that ns news sites are made aware of any updates.

Looking forward to pre/selection family god. If it's anywhere near the quality of militia 2, I know I'm gonna love it .

If you guys were not around for it back then, they have released a 'Test Footage' as well as a trailer for this. I advise you to grab them both

    Of course he is, silly.

Glad to hear it- this had me definately excited, and I think NS would be a lot smarter of a movie experience than CS.

I'm sure you already know this, so this is moreso a generic statement... just remember that I'm not directing these cs/ns films. Helping to produce all of them at once has been an interesting experience. Above all, I have noticed that each director creates a different and unique feel and style. The styles become so different that even comparing to something like the "militia" films doesn't quite apply. You'll see what I mean soon...

i'd heard of your work but not seen it yet, t_f_g. i've gotta say (now that i've seen militia 1/2) that you're got a talent for directing in HL =D

i really wanna make my own movie now..
