I can't stop pushing secondary fire
All the time I'll be playing half-life DM or something, then I'll switch over to Natural-Selection, and I'll end up trying to use the scope on the Machine Gun, or double-shot on the shotgun. Does this happen to other people?

Edit: double-shot said souble-shot

just rebind the commandmenu to a different key and leave mouse2 empty if it really is a big problem.

I sometimes smack it when I'm using a pistol because I'm used to Free Semi pistols in TS

similar thing happened to me playing UT2003 i kept pressing reload which brang up chat and got me killed cos of not being able to do anything. I never had any probs with the right mouse/ secondary fire. I suggest "bind mouse2 +attack"

I barely use my pop-up menu. Instead I have all the necessary binds and my pop-up menu bound to mouse 3.

i bound popupmenu to 'f' (i use 'wasd') and bound lastinv to my mouse2.
having popupmenu on mouse2 has got to be one of the dumbest controls ever

    Actually without the popup menu

    a) You'll have a keyboard full of buildings, orders, etc.
    b) Less space for more binds

It's been placed on MOUSE2 because it's the quickest button to press while in the heat of battle. Not to mention if you learn to navigate it well you can do stuff at lightning quick speed (ok not THAT quick)

Sadly some people are too used to other mods (HLDM, CS, TFC, TS, etc.) where they have secondary fire. I guess the only solution is to try and remember you're playing another mod

Why do we have a scope on the LMG if we can't use it? I mean I know a scope would be useless anyways on NS, no one is going to scope a lerk that is currently spiking them. Maybe a flashlight would be better on the LMG.

Been discussed to death do a search for this one. Basically it's there for cosmetic purposes. If you really cant stand it try a new model that either removes it or modifies it to look like something else (many have been done).
