Its a nicely designed website. Especially if you hit F11 on it. However, it certainly makes you glad for your truecolour display.
The only reason I'd get Kingdom Hearts is to see Aeris alive again.
BTW, Tron 2.0 is not just a game, but a movie as well. They're coming out with another one.
Extensive usage of Flash and popups on a website show me that its designer is trying to hide the fact that he has nothing of substance to say. The best websites *I* have seen were text-only.

Content isn't everything.

Flash can be very very effective when used.
Anyhow, if you would like to ask any client if he would rather have black Times New Roman on his site, or animated content delivery and other such fancy things, I am pretty sure how they would answer. Many people in the world still base things on looks, as such Flash is a very viable media.

However, the ability to navigate your way around a site and actually have some idea of where you're going is much more important and something that the Tron site is lacking. Any of those links could have been to gerbil pr0n or something similar and would have been none the wiser until it was too late
But as you say, Molec, I can't wait for Tron 2.0 either. Tron pwnz. Although it's not as bad as with NS.

I really hate those flash sites that only expose info when you roll your mouse over them or those that take a while to setup the screen *cough*ns.orgFlashHeader*cough*. Rather inefficient. But like all things, flash can be used for good as well as evil! There are plenty of very functional beautiful pages out there.
