Right, any chance we can get the manual in HTML format?

for an alien training map it could be like an alien that was being studied by scientist escapes it's cell with kind of a half life opening tragedy effect (I forgot what it was called)

The computers are reading off the information about the aliens and the players can kind of get what to do.  Or have big diagrams of the different aliens and some descriptions

It could be, but it isn't. Perhaps for "Natural Selection 2: The Search for Money"?

Really, I'd love to do something similar to that, and something similar for the marines (ie introduce a real single-player feel into the training map.)

Unfortunately, due to lack of resources, communication, and general difficulties in coordination when team members are scattered all over the globe with a need to get the game done ASAP, we havn't had the liberty to go to quite these depths of instruction and experience within the training map.

But fear not, it'll still be pretty damn cool as far as training maps go (Especially for a MOD). And at least it looks pretty. <!--emo&;)--><img src="http://www.natural-selection.org/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/wink.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=';)'><!--endemo-->

The funny thing about the AK47 thing is the only time we saw it as an AK47 was when it was in other people's hands, and on the ground.

    That, and it fired grenades.

Play the training level or RTFM? I'd probably do both just coz that's how I do things although If the training level got boring I soon stop.
