A Typical Rts Join Program For Ns

Just a thought I had the other day...
This is just wishful thinking, but how cool would it be if NS had a join system similar to that of other RTS games? Essentially you would load up a program seperate from NS and join a room hosted by someone (or yourself), and people could discuss what they were going to do, what the teams would be like, etc. Then once everyone was ready the guy who hosted clicked join and the teams play on an NS server. It would be NS in an environment filled with balanced teams and quite a bit more organization. But then again, just wishful thinking, I doubt this is possible for HL.

All players get assigned randomly, there will be no f4ing, and if you reconnect to get in the other team, NS remembers your Steam ID and puts you back in the team you came from.
Also, it prevents people from being afk in the readyroom, or going observer.

Servers with F4 blocked tend to end up with horrible team inbalance, all the worse if the plugin tracks IDs and does an autjoin (they exist!). And, in such situations, no one can correct it. Servers that prevent going observer prevent players from watching the "big picture" and trying to see how x comms, or how certain squads work together and how their tactics match up against person y's ambush strategy, etc...
However, as far as autojoin on afkness, the only problem I've seen with that is getting an afk player on your team.
