If the singular was called an Ono, and not an Onos, then I would vote Oni. But since the singular is Onos, I think the plural should remain the same, such as the same is with sheep, and many sheep.
From reading this thread, I actually remember a time when Onii were fierce, vicious, and struck terror into the hearts of the most hardened and jaded of TSA Marines. Now they're just bullet sponges that die quickly.
I'd have to say Oni just because I appreciate the irony in associating the plural of futuristic asskicking space cows with the main character from Bungie's game of the same name. The only difference? - A couple hundred pounds.

I would lean to onoses simply due to the fact that oni seems like a strange plural for a word that is made up of the 2 parts of the phrase "oh no's"
