    It does play DvDs, unless for some reason you have my PC and then ALL (EVERY SINGLE ONE) DVD PROGRAMS CRASH FOR NO EXPLAINABLE REASON WHEN YOU HIT PLAY!!!

    And my drivers ARE up to date <!--emo&:D--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/biggrin.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='biggrin.gif'><!--endemo-->

    Hrm, my windows media player can't automatically play dvd's, when I go to download plugins for it, it'll have dvd software, but it costs <!--emo&:(--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/sad.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='sad.gif'><!--endemo-->

    If you have an ATi card, I think their drivers have an accompanying DVD player.

    pls use media player classic, no not the one by ms. if u got realplayer and quicktime installed, u can use that one player for those files as well. and dvd's vcd's etc. HIGHLY recommended!

    Windows Media Player will only play DVD's if you have a DVD Codec on your PC

    Usually from another DVD Player Utility.

    Hmm, because with the huge number of programs readily available to accomplish the same task for <i>free</i> on the internet, I'd be an idiot? <!--emo&:p--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/tounge.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='tounge.gif'><!--endemo-->

    ill try again, this player even tells u what codec u need, and where to dl em from. zoom in and out and shrink/fit screen options etc. its the essential player.

    Yeah, many times you need a divx codec in order to play DVDs <!--emo&:)--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/smile.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='smile.gif'><!--endemo-->
    Just search on divx player on google.

I must have like 6 installed on my PC by now, and I still have to constantly switch between them, I can't find a single one that comes even close to doing the things I want it to.
