i just had a look at the mug and the thing looks to be horribly meshed (no offense to the modeler intended) but if you want it skinned you'll proally have to re-mesh the guy (unless it's jane or whatever her name was in that suit)
i'm sure once the mesh gets fixed up and not so.....complicated, it'll be done in no time!
