When I alt tab out of a game, or have it minimized by another program, I can't go back to it.. I can, but my FPS drops to about 5, and nothing I do fixes it, until I restart the game. I can alt-tab out of the menus fine, but once the game starts I cant.
Steam, everything else works fine
Intel Integrated Video G-something
Latest DirectX, OpenGL, drivers, OS, etc..
Windows XP Home SP1
Im running in OpenGL 1024x768 (same as desktop) with refresh rate locked at 85, 16bpp
I get 30-40 fps normally,
I've tried killing things that run in the background, nothing
I've tried gl_clear 1 in console after, with no luck
It also screws up sounds, so I am thinking the process itself is lagging
Only happens with ns, both steam and won
