Net_sendpacket Error:no Error

<div class="IPBDescription">Windows XP problem</div> I have an Internet connection which sometimes just doesn't deconnects and then reconnects. If I just surf on the Internet, I don't even notice it. But if I'm logged in at msn messenger, messenger loggs out. that isn't really a big deal (except I'm transferring a file :S), but here's the real problem:
I have installed windows xp. Since I have XP everytime when this happens, windows minimize ns and there is an
error warning: NET_SendPacket ERROR:NO ERROR

Ns(or hl) isn't on the taskbar, but if I push ctrl + alt + del, I can see that ns is running.

PLEASE someone help me!! (I haven't played ns seariously for over a week now!! )

by the way, I use steam, but it shouldnt have anything to do with this.......

That is kind of odd....I used to get that all the time before i switched to steam, and then after switching it stopped. I used to get it in every MOD i played, no matter what i tried it didn't work. I would probably try reinstalling it to steam. Otherwise, i have no idea... it just stopped happening to me.
