Net_sendpacket Error:no Error

<div class="IPBDescription">Windows XP problem</div> I already wrote this in the new player forum but I have to get an answer to this.......
I have an Internet connection which sometimes just doesn't deconnects and then reconnects. If I just surf on the Internet, I don't even notice it. But if I'm logged in at msn messenger, messenger loggs out. that isn't really a big deal (except I'm transferring a file :S), but here's the real problem:
I have installed windows xp. Since I have XP everytime when this happens, windows minimize ns and there is an
error warning: NET_SendPacket ERROR:NO ERROR
Ns(or hl) isn't on the taskbar, but if I push ctrl + alt + del, I can see that ns is running.
PLEASE someone help me!! (I haven't played ns seariously for over a week now!! )
