How Do I Get An Playertester?

can somone tell me how i can be a playertester?? Do i have to pay for it or not?

    I don't mean to be rude, but a pretty fair rule of thumb is that if you can't use the term correctly, you can't be it.

    You either join/start a clan and play scrims or become a Constellation playtester ($20 US donation). If you use search you will find much more indepth explanations.

    You can either try to be a really good participator in the NS community by talking on IRC alot and on the forums alot and even then there is around a 1% chance that they will make you a playtester. Or, you could join a clan that has access to the beta and get HAMBONE to add you. Or, you could donate $20 and you can play 3.0 but not future versions likely.

    Do remember though. If you donate $20 to Constellation, you're not paying for anything. If you don't get to PT in future versions, live with it. You're donating money to NS to help it survive and to help Flayra not starve to death, you're not paying for a service and you should expect nothing in return.

    Harsh as it may sound, but this is how it was before they opened up the testing, and possibly how it'll be in the future.

    So if you pay $20, don't go screaming "OMG I CAN'T PLAYTEST!!!", that's not what you're giving money for.....
