<div class="IPBDescription">wanna know how?</div> I am going to tell you how to add music, but I also have a question to some of you out there.

OK to play music
First you must create a folder called "resources" in your ns directory and put the song in there.

1. open notepad
2. go into ns directory and change notepads file filter to "all files"
3. select "config.cfg"
4. just above the last line (exec userconfig.cfg), put: play "resources/songnamehere ", ex: if your songs called 123 then it should read:
play "resources/123" (note: I have a song file from ns_seige007, email me (murphyt4@aol.com) and i will send it to you if you want to use it)
5. Save and start NS and enjoy.
NOW my question to any of you is: How do you loop the song? Thats the 1 thing I dont know about.

    If you are talking about Steam, the method is really simple and completely different to what's stated above <!--emo&:p--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/tounge.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='tounge.gif'><!--endemo-->.

    1. Get the mp3 you want and move it to <b>Steam\SteamApps\EMAIL\half-life\ns\media</b>

    2. Rename it to <b>gamestartup.mp3</b>

    3. Load NS and hear your mp3 play over and over again (or at least until you join a server).

    There you go, hope this helps <!--emo&:)--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/smile.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='smile.gif'><!--endemo-->.

    I think he's talking about ingame.

    If so, just add songs to ns\music and bind a key to "nexttrack" to start a new song when you die. They tend to stop if you do.

    Or you can just go inte NS > Multiplayer > Customise > Advanced Options > Page2 and write the location of your music folder at "Optional Music Folder"
