My tribute to 9-11
<div class="IPBDescription">A very sad day for mankind...</div>As i write this, i am preparing myself to face yet another day in school. It is not the fact that i have to go to school that bugs me, its the fact that i will be doing what i usually do every day, even on the aniversary of the day of such a large amount of human losses.
I am not an american, i live in Texas, moved here 2 years ago and had to learn the culture by experience. I was born and raised in Venezuela and i had never before even heard a lot about the US before i moved here.
I may not be an american, but in this day of mourning it doesnt matter. The feeling of grief is still shared by me as is by many other people around the world. Such a terrible loss of human life is a shame, and all of that caused by selfish motives...
But none of this matters, i will honor the dead by remembering them, americans and latin americans alike, asians, african americans, middle easterns and europeans, i will remember them all by making a tribute to them.
Tomorrow, before 5 PM Central i will post a picture, my contribution and rememberance to the people who died in this terrible tragedy. With tears in my eyes i will get up tomorrow morning, and face the world once more and remember all the good people that the world has been deprived of, the brave and noble firefighters, policemen, doctors and volunteers who risked and even gave their lives to help the victims in their time of need.
Tomorrow we will remember...
