I went back and found the 'fake state of the union address', now that's funny.

"Every year, by law and by custom we meet here to threaten the world."

"Our first goal is to show utter contempt for the enviroment." <clapping>

"I have sent you a comprehensive energy plan to devastate communities, kill wildlife and burn away millions of acres of treasured forest." <lots of clapping>

Ahh, it's just funny, because they edited speech from bush to make it, so it looks like that's what he's saying (some of them are edited badly though).
