<div class="IPBDescription">time for an Ice Cream Social!</div>w00t! I was pleasantly suprised when my <a href='http://www.redvsblue.com' target='_blank'>Red Vs Blue</a> DVD came in the mail today, and I just got done watching the first half of it + some extras.

The DVD is much much higher quality than the videos available on the site.

The only bad things at all is that 1) like the originals, the sound is a little hard to hear what the people are saying in some parts 2) the dvd menu button doesn't work, so once you start playing it there's no stopping it 3) the E3 special video wasn't included :(

Very minor things though, for all this pwnage. The case & cover as well as the DVD disc itself are all well done and look very professional; You can tell its not just somebody printing labels with an inkjet.

There's also some brand new, absolutely hilarious content exclusive to the DVD! There's a new short, director's commentary, and other goodies!

If you haven't gotten one already, go get it. Its definately worth the $20.

Stop the pillow talk you two.

(in reference to Ice Cream Social)

Awesomeness. I wonder if second-print DVD's will have a working menu button.

I did... I joined up very early.
I'll let you know as soon my DVD arrives
so you have a rough time-scale. But i'm in no
rush, as the RvB guys have sent out thousands
    of them, and i'm many many miles away <!--emo&:)--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/smile.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='smile.gif'><!--endemo-->

Just a thought, if they make it in the US, doesnt that mean it wont be compatible with area 2 DVD players?

The disc is region free, and should work on all dvd players.

Well my DVD player is quite old (4 years) but it does have a menu button. It works in everything else. :P But uhh. I guess it could be a possibility...

You could be like me and use a TV as your 2nd moniter, that way you get better video quality for larger sizes on the tv!
  • BogglesteinskyBogglesteinsky Join Date: 2002-12-24 Member: 11488Members
or, you could be like me and not have a DVD player, so I will be just watching it on my PC
  • VenmochVenmoch Join Date: 2002-08-07 Member: 1093Members
Or you could have a DVD wired up to a projector, like me!
