But as so many others this includes waiting, so i switched to the Worms HL mod...funny, but it sucks in the long run, so i got back into Sven_Coop...also this is getting boring, so i went back to the killer of all other (read: better) games CS...now this is also getting boring...i dont know how long i can control myself with waiting!  <!--emo&???--><img src="http://www.natural-selection.org/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/confused.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt='???'><!--endemo-->

Yeah I feel the same way.  I've been jumping around to various HL mods just to pass the time.  CS got boring a long time ago for me.  Until recently I've been playing Day Of Defeat, which is basically just another realistic mod with not so innovative gameplay (nothing new to impress me).

Sven Co-Op isnt so bad.  I just wish there was more teamwork involved and more heavy firefights with more "Starship Troopers" kind of odds.  

Natural Selection is exactly what I'm looking for.  It offers brand new kind of gameplay instead of the tried and true realism formula.  It also combines the elements of RTS - and I'm a big Starcraft/WarcraftIII fan.  

Can't wait for a chance to try NS out.

Where can I find those other HL mods to spend my time too?

I know there is one called HL rally, I know there's that sven-Coop, I know there is one called Vampire Slayer, and I even know there is one called Pirates, Vikings and Knights or something.

But I've never seen the site where all these I mentioned are listed in! With short preview and rating and a link to the official site! Jeez! What sites that list MODs for HL do you guys know??

It's not a Half Life mod but I do sujest Urban Terror. It's a thousand times better than CS and every other mod out at the moment.

UrbanTerror, while a good modification of the QuakeIII engine, is in no way > Counter-Strike. Now, don't get me wrong, I'm not one of those people that thinks CS is God's gift to the HL community, but there's something about UT that seems so fake to me. Maybe because it's on the QIII engine, but there's just something that gives me the impression that I'm still playing DM Quake, instead of a tactical game. CS has it's flaws, don't get me wrong, but I find it easier to suspend my disbelief.

I know exactly what u mean spyder.  It doesn't seem as real or feel as real as halflife.
