I can't create a game in ns3.0 - the ns.dll isn't included...

    You should wait till the game is released, or pay up $$ become a constallation member and get the beta!.

    People always thinking they can get their hands on 3.0 before it's released.

    Basically you can't test them. Not with full NS:C compatability, since as you've already stated, the ns.dll is missing from the 3.0 beta meaning you can't create your own servers.

    What i might suggest is running your own closed beta with a few people you know using NS 2.0. Tell everyone not to build structures (Except those required to spawn) and play it like a normal DM map. This isn't too much help, but it's better than nothing, and with enough people is adequate testing for layout purposes at least.

    Combat maps are nothing like classic ones. They dont really need to be "tested" alot. Its really dificult to balance a classic NS map by only seeing the layout, totally diferent from Combat, where maps are so small and game style is so diferent. Make sure you got 2 ways out of both hive/MS and also 4 or 5 vents.

    zoc if its in semi final form you could send it to flay or joev and ask tehm to run a server for you
