Can i install NS 2.01 with steam, just like i would with WON?

Yes. 2.01 is the patch for SERVERS
2.1 aka 3.0 will be steam only, my guess is there will be a seperate packaged released for early server upgrades, <b>Note:</b> This is not something I heard from anyone, just how the releases have worked so far

Yea, I'd say wait the week or two for 3.0..
And don't try to install it with a listenserver, you are better off getting a copy of hlds, and running that

You can switch over, just install the server version to where ever your hlds is installed, usually C:\HLServer, put it in a ns folder, then use -game ns on the commandline
