Possible Fix For The Reliable Channel Overflow Bug

<div class="IPBDescription">-.-</div> ran into this prob last night trying to play on the bean.net server on steam. Wouldnt let me connect even after restarteing steam and reconnecting to my isp. And it wasnt a ns prob since I could connect to other servers. While it was connecting, I just hit the cancel button in the middle of it "downloading resources"
Then I connected again and didnt get the bug. Try it.
