    simplest way is open it in sound recorder, hit "save as...", then hit the "change" button next to the format down the bottom <!--emo&:)--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/smile.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='smile.gif'><!--endemo-->
