Although I miss long assed games (7 hour epic game, joined once, left, joined again later, still going) 1.04 is as dead as the dinosaurs.
It suffered hitbox problems, JP/HMG and a broken res system.
You can preach all you want about how fades and gorges are broken in 2.0, but they are not on the same scale as it was with JP/HMG and the hitboxes.

Of course there are problems with it. Its NS what version doesn’t have problems with it. I think it is one with some of least/already fixed in later versions. But since the later versions came with bugs of there own so it cancels out.
NS should be about evolution since it is an integral part of the game itself. Just when you evolve and don’t fix things from the previous evolution it tends to be amplified in the next. NS 2.0 is so different from 1.04 it is almost starting from basics and scratch and then moving on. 2.0 almost seemed like an incredible step back with balance, exploits, and bug issues. Sure there was new stuff almost all of it together seemed like a new game. Evolution doesn’t always lead to better things it leads to new things yes but not always better.

That is a bad thing considering you are supposed to be a blink not an almost constant speed boost. Anybody decent with the new blink can stay in the air forever in a big room. With the old blink you had a short burst of incredible speed once maybe twice and then you were drained, which hences a blink.
As many have said yes there is problems with 1.04 some big some little. Most of these are fixed in many later versions. I would just like to have the fixes and only the fixes applied to 1.04
