nah..dogs are a bad idea... they would destroy the whole gameplay... you have to take them for a walk outside of the base where the skulks are waiting..and at every resnode the dog have to pee.. nah.. this just would slow you down... and all the barking ...and dog poo everywhere... just anoying..

And for what reason, if I might ask? Because it surely doesn't violate the FAQ.

I suggest you realize you are no moderator, and that it's much easier to get rid of threads by not bumping them to the top.

Ok, Nem. Let's discuss the idea of marines having doggies then.

I think marines should have trained cats instead. Dogs, seeing skulks that look so much like them, would get dissoriented and possibly explode. Cats, on the other hand, would just scratch them.

Also, we can have exploding cats that run into the hive, ala Monkey-Strike.

badgers badgers badgers- mushroom mushroom... what about ai controlled base scouting patrol dogs.. when a skulk comes near they start barking, and when a skulk comes into sight they are chasing him for a small distance.. DOGFIGHT!

We need birds to combat lerks. I suggest penguins ( YES, THEY'RE BIRDS).

No, no, no. Penguins cannot fly. I suggest Pigeons or Blue Jays... Or Bats... Bats own.

Also, what we need are those lizards that eat eggs and lay their eggs to replace the egg they ate tricking the hive that it's taking care of a skulk, then *BAM* Lizards are eating their hive! Lizard Infestation > Alien Infestation!

Also, I agree with the dogs. We need dogs to bark whenever they hear an alien coming with their super sensitive ears!!1

EDIT: Also, when the dogs bark they shoot bees outta their mouth and attack the aliens!

I'm forced to agree... This isn't a serious suggestion. If it is, then...
