<div class="IPBDescription">Were do you post beta testung request?</div>I have posted a beta testing request under tech is that where i should post it or were else shoyudl i in the future.
NS will be released as an open beta, like most other mods, but we will aslo do closed beta testing first. If you want to become a beta tester (ie, play it before it becomes publically available), then make mature and insightful posts on these forums and you may be offered the chance.

I found a LOT of bugs in the 40k mod, lots of small stuff though, Paladin (lead designer) swore I was some kinda AI that noticed everything...
As far as doing closed and open beta tests, they wanna keep it to as few closed testers as possible (at least the 40k crew did) because most people will see a bug and instantly think, "how could they miss this? if they miss this what else is wrong...", not understanding that this stuff is expected at that stage. Bad PR if someone goes around shouting whats wrong with it before they get a chance to fix it.
Hmm that very consicely rules me out, lurkers turned posters very rarely have time to make insightful comments about things becuase this close to release most questions are to the order of "Can I beta" or "Is it out yet?"
aaah well i suppose ill just sit in the chatroom and debate the pros and cons of a speed enhancement or the problems of turret rushes and dispence with my gloomy wisdom. Cheers.

when are you *in* the circle? when you know all the sacrements and unholy satanic verses to worship flayras third nipple? i had asked to be one, but there isn't a europe beta testing squad, and there are not enough testers. Maybe...... i think ill just have to wait for the release, although that is not a real prob.

I would be a beta tester but i would suck mayor arse at it and therefore there is little point - hell - i suck arse at everything else - why cant i screw that one up ?
