    nice, does anyone know if they converted the government marines? (ya know, the ones trying to capture the "aliens" and use them for biological weaponry)?

    it fits well with the Heavy Armor ape suits. btw on top of that anyone got the mdls for the HA drop as a ape suit?

    i was not impressed when i first saw this release...

    and here are the reasons i was not impressed, and the reasons i changed my mind.

    first... daphisto didn't convert it. =DD=WolfKahler did

    second... i was looking at the high-poly and the low poly version of these, and it's a nice hackjob between the two...

    thrid... the skin... i wasn't impressed that you sinned the armor different than the cammo... up until green > brown...

    ...thanks...
    keep these nice little hacks commgin.

    R u sure?? this was originally the soldier that came with the welder that Daphisto released... the other USCM's all had leaks in the helmet and the other high poly has a weird version of the helmet were there is a mix between smartgun armor and normal armor (the no-helmet cam on a helmet <!--emo&???--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/confused.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='confused.gif'><!--endemo--> )

    Ne way the armor is this way because this is more or less what it looks like in the movie... dont know where the original skin came from but I didnt bother playing around with it.

    N yes <!--emo&:D--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/biggrin.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='biggrin.gif'><!--endemo--> I will keep the small hacks coming!

    Mine had a darker, dirtier, more gritty skin and Hudson's cartoon googly eyes on the right shoulder pad. I don't think I was the first to convert the body model, but I was the first to convert the shoulder lamp, motion tracker and no-helmet head cam [which I put on the helmet because it still looked good]. I personally prefer the darker skin I made, but I don't mind not being able to see the guy shooting at me in the dark.

    Yes, the Weyland Yutani "ape suit" grunts [as seen at the end of AL|EN³] have been converted and have seen a few different skins. Most recently one that some say makes it look like a Ninja Turtle. My convert had a dark, menacing grayish-metalic skin.

    Thank you for remembering my measly contributions, Del. <!--emo&:D--><img src='http://www.natural-selection.org/forums/html/emoticons/biggrin.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='biggrin.gif'><!--endemo-->

    Update - I hve updated the readme and the model. Now the shoulder lamp is directed slightly higher so that it is more notable. Makes this model slightly better, does it for me <!--emo&:D--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/biggrin.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='biggrin.gif'><!--endemo-->

    That's not necessary since you're not using my skin, but thank you. <!--emo&:)--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/smile.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='smile.gif'><!--endemo-->

    If you really want, you can mention Hammer, who very kindly got me the extra pieces in order that I may convert them: the armoured panel behind the helmet, shoulder lamp, smartgunners' eyepiece and motion tracker.
