<div class="IPBDescription">oh joy, i shall share it to you all</div> OK! so I am with my mum , her bf and my uncle on porch, mums friend bindy was meant ot come over so they could go clubbing, So for the first time ever, I decide to go with them to just check out the clubs and see what its like.
Bindy didnt end up coming so me and mum went by taxi to the club, going down the stairs, i had afeeling that i wouldnt get in. at the counter all went fine until the girl looked at me and asked for my ID, the only ID I had was my student card, i never bothered to get drivers liscence, let alone i didnt have my 18 + card to get a drivers liscence, and i didnt have an 18+ card cus i dont have my virth certificate, it would cost me $80 to get it. OK so they didnt accept the card, and my mum started going off saying im 19 and all, and that my D.O.B was on the card, still not accepted we went to ring my dad, i knew even if he did come in it wouldnt make a difference.
going to the phones, mum went ot the bar to get a drink to get change for the pay phone, along the way we come across one of her friends, he said his mate scotty could get me in, cus scottys da man, so we went and met scotty. Talking to him he looked about 20, or just turned it,. he said he didnt know how he could get me in, so the other guy started joking saying that me and scotty could just kiss and get thru or sumfin, so im like O.o WTH NO!!!!! ,, 1 because i have a bf and 2 cus i dont even know the guy, as much good looking as he was <!--emo&:p--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/tounge.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='tounge.gif'><!--endemo--> LOL. anyways more of their friends joined in talking about how i couldnt get in, and this other guy who knew scotty asked his mate if i looked 19, he said no, i look 16 or 17 or sumfin, and said they definately wouldnt accept my school ID .
so we ended up going down and tried again, i knew it wouldnt work, they asked for id and disagreed and wouldnt let me in, scotty and the other guy came back and the security guard of the club came and told me that my ID wasnt a gov't legal id so i couldnt get in, and that i could sort it out with the secretarys ,, so mums friend grabbed me by hadn and said "ok lets go" so we went up the stairs to the counter and told them, same reply, then the manager came along, i seriously was not bothered i couldnt get in and i kept saying to stop trying and ill go home and come out another time. mum refused so we talked to the manager, mum was just mouthing and yelling so i ended up telling her to SUYF and i explained the story to the Manager CALMLY what the situation was and why i didnt have gov't ID, he said as much as he would want me to go down there (obviously for my money) he couldnt let me because of unnaceptable ID , even tho my school card had my DOB it wasnt accepted cus its not gov't stuff,,, I nodded and went ok ring me a taxi ill go home, and mum can go and party, ive had enough fun having to be dragged around from 11:05 till 12:35 just trying to get me in one room for one night just to check it out.

all this trouble just because i dont look 19.. even tho ive seen kids at 14 go in without being asked for ID cus they look 19.. typical eh.... I guess this means i need to get my birth certificate,, i bet the hospital in SA will ask for ID to prove thats my birth certificate,, i wonder what theyll ask for,,, my drivers liscence??!!!!! Clubs aren't worth the hastle anyways unless you drink/can convince some friends to hit the dancefloor with you. It's way too loud to talk and if you're not there to 'pull' getting hit on is a pain, especially because half of them will be out of their mind on alcohol or some other substance =P

Its when they over charge you on the bus....

Of course, I go to college and so i've learned that youth can't be judged by looks.

Actually, I quite liked eros & elite for a while... it was expensive so most people couldn't afford to get really drunk, the music was good, the atmosphere was nice and I'd get to dance a lot. The downside is it got closed shortly after I stopped going. Seems it went majorly downhill and there were lots of fights and stabbings until it got shut down. I kinda have trouble believing it got like that but the fact it's not open anymore is proof enough I guess =/

not everyones mums are bitter house cleaning ppl. my mums one of those go out have fun, joke around sorts and always knows how to have a good time.. she is really cool. more like a best friend,, she goes and parties, and gets everyone to have a good time. i seriously aint embaressed to go with my mum out places cus shes really funny and everyone loves her cus shes cool.

Yea, so that's pretty cool. Of all the parents I've met, there was this dad who was pretty funny. During the Dr. Scotts foot gel commercial, when one of the guys said "You must be gellin'!" He yelled "You must be ****." Kinda disturbing, but still...We were all making fun of that to the kid.
Also, it's kinda funny. i can look over 20, and then I can look 16, which I actually .am. Whee!
