You could always just put that quote beneath your sig, and stick the words "Sig by GhettoRice" somewhere IN the actuall sig

No, the URL to my sig is too long to have the Bilbo thing even if I take away the thanks to Ghetto.

You could summerize the quote, and make it as your own. Then find another hoster with a shorter name and have the filename be really small. Or you could ask to get the quote in the sig.
