(you know sleect brush cllcik and teh dots come up and teh the shear stuf but i can only resize WTH!)
reinstalling will fix for one use the next time i close hammer the problem is back any thoughts?

Other than that, maybe your copy of the file is corrupted... try redownloading all of it and do an entirely fresh install. Also run scandisk with thorough checked.
