That's about it, having buttons set to slots is the best thing to have in NS with hud_fastswitch enabled. That way you can switch your weapons instantly, giving you huge advantage, specially as an alien. Another thing that's important, make sure you have a good keyboard that will recognize at least 3 different buttons hit at once.

But a month ago i finally changed to wasd because i just easyer in my opinion.
I used the arrows in Wolfenstein, I used the arrows in Doom, I used the arrows in Duke Nukem, I used the arrows in Quake, I use wasd in Half-Life, I now use wasd in every fps. The reason I don't use the arrows is because i find it very hard to make a duck-jump when using them. And ::esuna:: , how do you move while ducking or jumping?
This is a little off topic, but my jointeamone and jointeamtwo binds seem to have a little problem. When I first join a server or after a map change they work fine, but if a game ends and the map doesn't change then the binds don't work. Any idea why?
