    I managed to beat it, wasnt as hard as you people say though <!--emo&:(--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/sad.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='sad.gif'><!--endemo-->

    If there's one thing that puzzles me, it's that 'connect the supplies to 3 houses without crossing the pipes' thing.

    Not too difficult. It's all in how you choose to manipulate you links.

    one last attempt at exlaining it for the people who still can't win lol...

    imagine your green patch is like a big weed or something. As for the red/grey squares it doesn't matter which of the two colours they are; all that matters is if they're green or not.
    Anyways, look around the outside for any root ends; they're the arrows with only one connection and the one node they're connected to MUST NOT POINT AT THEM. ~ahem~ anyways, to define it a bit better, the roots not only have 1 connection but a node next to it somewhere that isn't green. Look first for any root nodes that can be turned once (they go clockwise remember) to face a non-green. Failing that, look for one that can do it in 2 turns. If you can't find one then you're either not looking hard enough or you're going to have to do it in 3 turns... it's rare but it happens =/
    Lastly if you can't turn it to face a non-green at all then you've either won, lost or you didn't read the definition properly ><

    Remember; ignore the colour of the spot if it's not green. All stuff that isn't green just think of as 'non-green' or failing that keep in mind by the end of it the whole board will be green and red in the end anyways =P
    Don't concentrate too much on what the computer is up to... most of the time it really doesn't matter and it can even open up some new ends that weren't there before =D

    Remember; it's a logic puzzle, not a strategy game <!--emo&:)--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/smile.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='smile.gif'><!--endemo-->
