Other forms of mind-games involve sitting cloaked beside a ladder, and paraing marines as they climb up. Rarely will they be looking DOWN a ladder when climbing up it, and by the time they've looked, you're cloaked again.

You have to +moveup, not just +jump. I have one key binded to do both at the same time. If you look down at an angle you can move forward by using +moveup and since it also gives you some vertical lift you can easily stay on the ceiling while hitting crouch, which would normally make you fall.
The end result is that you make a lot of sound very rapidly that may or may not confuse the enemy.

Midair 90degree lerk turning.
Strafe flap in the direction you want to go, turn and face then flap whilst moving forward. voila 90 degree turn.
