And God said,"Thou shalt haveth level editors," and they were good.
...on that note, as long as I can create my own worlds, items or maps: Civilization 3 (2 cheats to much for me), although I'd need more RAM to play it effectively. Rise of Nations (at least, until I can beat Conquer the World with every civ on hardest). Half-Life (2!) (Hooray for worldcraft, when the bugs don't want to ruin your texture editing or anything) Grand Theft Auto Double Pack (Aha! it's packaged as one unit now, so it's one game, mwhahahaha....no editing though, probably get old after a couple years).
Blitzkrieg looks interesting (I'm not sure how the level editor works though, and I don't own the game, so pffft).

I'd say CoD, with its first patch(coming soon). That way, I'd have the lvl editor, PB support, and even BETTER performance than what it has now. If not that, I'd say Black & White. I think my creature is 1052 now...

Mulitplayer: either NS or War3 (not sure if NS counts because you said no mods, but I think you meant that so everyone wouldnt say HL because of the 10,000 mods)
Single: not sure, probably a MGS or commandos 2, simcity 4 would be a good choice

No and no. <!--emo&:p--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/tounge.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='tounge.gif'><!--endemo-->
Let's see... I'm going with TAK here and saying Real Life. <!--emo&:p--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/tounge.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='tounge.gif'><!--endemo-->
My multiplayer choice would be EverQuest if I could have expansion packs. That game kept me addicted for so damn long and has endless replay value. If I can't have expansion packs then I'd go with BF1942, vanilla was fun enough for me.
Singleplayer? Hmm... probably Max Payne 2, the story was awesome and I haven't gotten bored of playing the same missions over and over, merely for the physics engine and all the nifty little secrets stashed away in every level.

um...no.
Hmm....
Europa Universalis II, I guess.
IRL games -go.
DEFINITELY.
I'd just give up playing games, thank you. Talk about sucking up my whole life.
Probably HL2. I'd Imagine Customizations.
The story of Metal Gear Solid, the graphics and controls of Metal Gear Solid 2, no Raiden.
Bliss.
OR if we're only allowed to pick games currently out: Super Metroid

And I'm an ace at flying the dodo.

<!--emo&:p--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/tounge.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='tounge.gif'><!--endemo-->
and the dodo is fun to fly ... especially for missions
