They've been saying between 80-120 megs, probably in the installer type that all otehr mods are.

The download will probably be right around 100 megs.  It will be hosted on a bazillion mirrors, so you shouldn't have to wait long to get it.

when NS comes out will it be on loads or mirrors or only be on a few like fileplanet for the first wekk or so?

I should think the NS team have already contacted or will be contacting various major file sites (FP, 3DDownloads, Blue's News, etc) and it'll get mirrored on them as soon as it comes out - just having a couple download locations won't be able to support the demand for the mod, especially if it's 100 megs.
