it is a window-specific tool, so you have to at least hit it once.
BUT, you can add in "wildcards" that smash anything with the text in the heading... thus all the ads with "WIN BIG" in the title, are never seen.
i like the program because you can basically "lock" your computer from the "not too smart" users in the house by adding a wildcard such as "microsoft internet explorer" or "opera" to lock them out of browsing the internet.
did i hear somone say "AWSOME, but how much does it cost?".... simple.. it's FREE
and not to mention, it doesn't come with spyware (like some mor publicly free blockers...)
anyway, the link would be <a href='http://www.southbaypc.com/NoAds/' target='_blank'>Here</a>
Easiest and most useful solution is to get the Google Toolbar. Puts a google search box on your toolbar AND blocks popups. And as a Newgrounds regular, I can tell you I never get popups on that site isnce I've gotten it. And it's just a plugin, so it's no program to run in the background.
Good grief. I think I said this a thousand times now. Use Proxomitron! I NEVER had ANY ads anymore and all pages work. <!--emo&:D--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/biggrin.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='biggrin.gif'><!--endemo-->
