Hey,
I have a model that I want to change the origins too, as the ones on it are all awkward. I know how to do it by decompiling and changing the qc with $origin, however, i was wondering if there was a better way of doing it where you can actually see how much your changing the postion. the way of trial and error is extremely tedious so i was wondering if there was a way i could fit the model to a postion, then mark the origin there as you visually adjust it, or something. something easier!
thanks,

lol darn i tried like 15 times, but they never actually stayed that way when i changed them.
so then i tried to decompile using milkshape, then edit the qc with the values i found using jed's hlmv, but wheni compile the qc, the qc just goes back to the original origins again.
am i recompiling the model wrong or something? how can i make the origins change without them going back after i compile?
thanks,
