Seriously, I suggest you guys look at pings, you know it is close to you, and is well connected to your city, if you get high pings off the server. (From whatever server browser you use, I use Gamespy Arcade, in-game browser works as well.)
Found all the servers I need. Gamespy isn't usually enough for me, I like to use the all seeing eye or just ask others in your area.
