Composing Music

Do any of you people compose music?
If so, which types? And how often? Is it any good? Can I hear it? How long does it take for you to write one? Does it take long to think of a main theme? What about the intro/outro/whatnot? Any songs? With words?

I wrote something like classical *shudders*, something like "easy listening" (instrumental), and I have several [pathetic!] attemps at rock and whatnot.

Well, I've been trying my hand in it. I'm in a ska band so I mostly come up with things on the spot at practice; later I will arrange it for the trumpets. Unfortunately they usually can't play it anyway <!--emo&:p--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/tounge.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='tounge.gif'><!--endemo-->
