    Execpt for the fact that redemption goes by DAMAGE, not when you die..
    So that wouldnt work
    As a side note, try xeno with godmode, you blow up and live, then you cant xeno again

    Id' try this if Xeno worked reliably half the time. It always seems I'm running into the marine base with full stamina, smacking the hell out of my mouse button, and I *WILL NOT XENO*.

    I know, but the skulk won't even scream. I'm on weapon four clicking my mouse to death screaming 'BLOW UP YOU IDIOT!' and he wont' blow up.

    I also have the same problem with charge sometimes.

    Seriously though, redemption is based on health percentage. If you hit a certain percentage of health or lower, then you will get teleported back to hive. That is all it is.

    Sounds like the wonderful anti-scripting code.
    If you switch weapons too fast it can take a while before you can fire.

    you'd notice that the pits there don't actually kill in one shot, but deal a large amount of damage. Go onos and jump to see for yourself.

    I always hit Xeno first, press downarrow on my numpad (switches to leap), and then rocket myself above my target and explode in midair. It's about as devastating as priming a nade in DoD.
