Ready Room Question

hey

I was wondering, is there a way (plugin, cvar, etc...) to block all players on a server from entering a game during a few seconds or minutes?

There are plugins that prevent players from using jointeamone, etc. console commands, and there are ways to put clip brushes over the join points. If you are creative, you could probably find a useful way to combine them if there isn't a plugin that does exactly what you want.
