Ns2 Overlay Wad

<div class="IPBDescription">Useful unincluded overlays...</div> I noticed some computer monitors and walls which contained computer monitors or lights had no overlays in the NS2.WAD. I thought I may use one or more in my map as I go along, then I decided to help people out who wanted the rest. So the file below has the overlays that weren't included.
