Insert random description
I'm sorta curious what kind of music people on this forum are into. I'll list a few bands that I happen to like:

Agnostic Front / Anti-Flag / Aus Rotten / Black Flag / Black Sabbath / Blanks 77 / Casualties / Celtic Frost / Cocksparrer / Corrosion of Conformity / Cradle of Filth / Cro Mags / Danzig / Dead Kennedys / Descendents / Dimmu Borgir / Doors / Dropkick Murphys / Exploited / Fear / GWAR / Hatebreed / Ministry / Misfits / Murphys Law / Oxymoron / Pantera / Poison the Well / Ramones / Sepultura / Sick of it All / Slayer / SOD (Stormtroopers of Death) / Suicidal Tendencies / Tool / Type O Negative / White Zombie

To name a few. That is just a bit of what I like, anyone want to share some of what they like.

P.S. I am bored and trying to start a conversation.
P.P.S. My list is alphabetical, heh.
P.P.P.S. Assume old school where aplicable.

Heh, there is a band named "Texas is the reason"? Heh, naming your band after Misfits Lyrics, that's sorta funny.

I'm surprised by the decent taste of people who have replied so far... I figured there would be alot more ghetto dawgs or pop rock preps... I guess this IS an online community and not normal society... I am dissapointed by all of the pop-punky and all of the fake-metal stuff though, but hey that is just me.

First, I hate Rammstein. It's gotta come with understanding their lyrics.

Favorite Bands(I'm gonna limit myself to five here and rather comment on them so that someone who's actually reading this stuff can get some usefull information out of it):

The Eels - Blues, Jazz, Rock, and everything in top notch quality. Go listen to 'Novacine for the Soul', it's one of the best songs ever.
Zero Down - Punk Rock with lyrics that actually mean something. My personal favorites are 'The Way it is' and 'Going nowhere'.
The Pimps - Great Rock, try 'The Devil made Me do it'.
Limp Bizkit - Alright, I am a little commercial jerk, so what?
War in America - As far as I know, there are only six songs by them so far, but those are really, really good. Try 'My way of dying' for some nice rock, and 'Texans of the World' if you want some political statements.

Whew, did you know how difficult it is to sum a playlist of about nearly a thousand titles up into five bands?

Take a look at what Greedo posted, add in a love for the Beatles, Phish, and Grateful dead, and you've got my tastes.Oh, and . . white stripes (before they got big, I heard them in Detroit)

EDIT: Oh, he said Grateful dead. . .

    Favorite Dead song: China Cat.

Double edit, oh he said Beatles too.

Best Beatles song: I am the walrus or Sgt.Pepper's lonely hearts club band.

I didn't know you were into music like that Greeds, coolity.

Oh yeah, I like some Red Hot chili peppers too.

Yes, the Beatles are the greatest band ever, and my tastes are all over the map.

Except, the best Beatles songs are Strawberry Fields Forever and While My Guitar Gently Weeps.
