Not sure exactly what your question is... If you are asking whether you are going to replace your ns.so with metamod.so, the answer is no.
When you install and use metamod as your game .so file, what happens (as I understand it, in layman's terms) is that the metamod.so works as a "go between" between the ns.so file and all your server mods (such as Admin Mod, or AMX, or whatever). The heart of Natural Selection is still contained in your ns.so file, and that file still runs, its just that all the messages that come and go from ns.so, are passed through, and processed by, metamod.so.
