<div class="IPBDescription">#TheTitans - idle and support?</div> Out of boredom and motivation to rippen the Natural-Selection community for not only myself but the rest of you clanless players I have decided to actually develop a small competitive clan just for Natural-Selection. I don't mind taking in those who are new to the game. Nor am I specifically looking for top level NS players.
This is a great place to build skills because its new, I specifically enjoy joining and building new clans rather than joining a completely stable and sleek clan enviroment. It does take some work on everyones part and thats called maturity.
Open to and free to all.

I want at least 4 key members. They need to be:
- Reliable
- Dedicated
- Mature
- Talented
I think we'll eventually be able to care for 5-10 trainees.
Eventually I think we can foster 2-3 new NS players, getting them prepared and ready for the NS community. In [corroboration] with #NSDraft, #FindNSclan and many other individuals.
<u>Requirements :</u>
<i><span style='color:green'>Time Management</span></i>
- Weekdays : At least 2 hours a day
- Weedends : At least 15-20 hours
- Planning, Co-operation : We all need to be together for a 'team meeting'. I expect to have these every weekend, scrims everyday. Provided we can work together in our allotted time.
- Contact : You need to be in contact in a variety of ways. Either by phone, mIRC, AIM, e-mail or any other messenger service.
<span style='color:red'>*No matter what time you have available I hope we can work together to find a common time we can all meet and act responsibly.</span>
<span style='color:green'><i>Age</i></span>
- 15+ with exceptions, based on what you commit to the team.
<span style='color:green'><i>Experience</i></span>
- For core membership I expect you know what it means to play together and are not a problem for the team. Starting line up for matches and scrims will be based on availability and choice. It is your choice and mine to be prepared for our attachments.
- Previous clan membership is a plus.
<span style='color:green'><i>Dedication/Committment</i></span>
- If you do not contribute anything to the team or manage yourself around me and the other members you will be dropped. No exceptions.
<span style='color:green'><i>Connectivity</i></span>
- 56K minimum please. Cable and up expected.
- We all are going to need you to be able to play with-in a reasonably low ping for team attachments. This means ping in all areas. I don't care if your from Europe or even Asia, so long as you are able to ping under... say 150 and with-in 50 of the rest of the clan.
All members of this clan will have complete control over the fact that you will personally mold and shape this clan. Just because my name shows up as 'Leader' of the clan does not exempt me from responsiblity or dedication.
I would also like to add that I totally believe in the compensation of time between all members of the clan. I will work around <i>your</i> schedules and mine taking everything possible into consideration. I would like to think that I am an accepting person so if you think you don't have what it takes maybe you should give it a try?
