Added ability for servers to add custom icons for members (mp_customicon of "AAAARGB" where the custom icon is gfx/vgui/640_AAAA.tga, using color components RGB (each are 0-9). Use player authentication mask is 512.).
How will we create these icons? This may be common knowledge to some of you out there, but I need education.
