<div class="IPBDescription">Yes, this is the 2nd movie.</div> Ah yes. The much fabelled GitS 2nd movie. I had been hearing rumours about it for a while now, but I just managed to grab the trailer for it.

Unfortunately I cannot link to the movie directly due to other non-legal files being hosted on this site. (So if you have a spare 10.1Mb of web space laying around, let me know and I'll put it up)

But god DAMN the animation looks awesome. 10 million dollars buys you a lot of cool crap. They tell you in the trailer the money got sunk into producing CG scenes to remove general 'view on CG movies' up until now... that basically means "We got lots of purty stuff"
We see about 20 odd seconds of Batou taking on this geisha like android and the animation is simply breathtaking... I cannot wait for this to come out. Truly gorgeous.

So it's out 2004 in Japan.... who knows when in America or elsewhere. HOPEFULLY it will see a pretty wide screening in non-japanese countries... hopefully...

    There's nothing illegal about it. You could prolly find the trailer elsewhere, this one merely has subtitles.

    theres dedication for you...

    I watched GiTS (strange, that spells gits... <!--emo&:D--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/biggrin.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='biggrin.gif'><!--endemo-->..dont mind me) but didnt particularly understand it. The whole adaptive camoflage thing was just an excuse to show a little more lfesh than usual i felt.

    Hey, if you had a perfect body designed by top engineers would you be all that bothered about showing it off? ^~

    Is this 2nd film gonna be more like shirow's personal style (like the standalone complex) or is it more along the lines of the first one where the graphic style leans more towards realism? =o
